…an Instagram project

We all know how important it is to be able to speak English in life but what helps you sound “natural” when you speak English? Collocations! They are the most important thing to learn!

Collocations are common word combinations such as ‘bright idea’, ‘heavy rain’, ‘talk freely’, ‘admit defeat’: they are the essential building blocks of natural-sounding English so the more collocations we learn and use the more English we sound! This project aims at helping you learn over 40 collocations in… half a minute a day!

We started on the 5th July and we will continue till the 3rd September at 2 pm from Monday to Friday on INSTAGRAM (https://www.instagram.com/silvia.mazzau/): come and discover how easy it is to stop translating word for word!

If you want to revise all the 44 collocations here are nine papers which will put your memory to the test! The daily reels are the result of my son Joshua’s professional and creative ability but the drawings and the photographs in the test papers are my husband Paul’s artwork!!!
